CRM setup & CRM automation for companies

From spreadsheet sprawl to a central, automated CRM with an overview of your entire sales pipeline.

Where customer data gets lost today.

Many companies with considerable revenue have no working CRM system.

  • Customer data scattered across spreadsheets, email inboxes and notes
  • No overview of the sales pipeline and open opportunities
  • Standard software such as Microsoft Dynamics is often too expensive or too complex for the actual need
  • Customer follow-ups are forgotten or delayed
  • No link between the CRM and other processes such as quotes or invoices

Link to B2B distributors and quoteautomation

Your CRM can be connected directly to distributor and key account data and to our quote automation. Sales history and quotes then sit in one central place instead of being spread across different tools.

Result: customer data is central, up to date and accessible to the whole team. Follow-ups no longer get lost, and the sales pipeline becomes visible.

Frequently asked questions.

Do we absolutely need a new CRM tool?

No, we first check whether an existing system can be sensibly extended.

What happens to our existing spreadsheet data?

It is migrated in a structured way, nothing gets lost.

Does a custom-built CRM make more sense than standard software?

It depends on the requirements. For very specific processes, a custom build can be cheaper and a better fit.

How long does the rollout take?

It depends on the scope. A first working core is usually built within the 20-hour starter package.

Can several employees work at the same time?

Yes, that is a basic requirement for a working CRM.
